Producer Bertha Huaylla Sayllo cultivates coffee at Finca Tablahausi in Ocobamba in Cusco, Peru. Her farm is 2.75 hectares and sits at 1,800 meters above sea level. The high altitudes create warm, sunny days and cool nights that help nurture sweet, dense cherry.
This fully washed lot is sweet and fruity with notes of tropical fruit, maple syrup and black tea....
